Construction has begun for The Chester, a mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 99 Southgate Avenue site in Daly City. The seven-story complex will contain 214 residential units, over half of which will have private balconies and terraces, along with nearly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Residential amenities will include two landscaped courtyards, a clubroom, a fitness center with a yoga room, coworking spaces, and a rooftop sky lounge.

Permits were filed for the seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 173 Shipley Street in San Francisco.
