The complex plans to generate 90 units of housing, 12 of which will be affordable, and over 6,800 square feet of retail space. San Pablo Investors Two recently proposed a six-story residential development at 2136-2154 San Pablo Avenue, which is one of Rockridge Geotecnical’s sites. The complex will have 123 units of housing, three live/work units, and on-site parking, along with other amenities.

New renderings have been released for Rockridge Geotechnical’s mixed-use, multiphase Fremont Hub shopping center project. Fremont Hub will create a new 13,000-square-foot pharmacy, over 14,000 square feet of retail space, 314 units of housing, and a residential garage with 442 parking spaces.

A pop-up spa called “Alchemy Garden” is opening at 939 Post Street in San Francisco, a site at which Rockridge Geotechnical completed an investigation, as a preview to the proposed Alchemy Springs spa. The pop-up is about one-third the size of the proposed $24 million Alchemy Springs.

Construction is coming along well for 1900 Broadway in Oakland, a 39-story residential tower with 452 units. Reports say concrete is nearing the halfway point of the building.
