Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the grand opening of 1830 Alemany, also known as 915 Cayuga, an affordable and mixed-use housing complex in San Francisco. Mayor London Breed, along with the district supervisor and a handful of members of the California State Senate, were in attendance to commend the affordability of the privately financed development.

Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Corsair Flats & The Starling at Alameda Point. Developed by Eden Housing, these residential buildings provide affordable housing for lower-income families, seniors, and veterans.

Rockridge Geotechnical worked closely with SVA Architects and design-build partner J.H. Fitzmaurice to build critically needed workforce housing for up to 25% of the Jefferson Union High School District staff. The project is the first of its kind to receive voter-approved funding. The development consists of 122 affordable units and parking on a 3.3-acre site.
