This complex, which will be called Parkside, plans to create 301 units of housing, two of which will be live-work units for residential-commercial use. Parkside will also boast abundant amenities, such as an elevated pool deck, a movie theater, game room, karaoke lounge, fitness center, golf simulator, podcast studio, zen courtyard, dog spa, barbecue area, and sky deck.

A new five-story affordable housing project has been proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 295 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale. The planned development would include 110 affordable units, 25% of which would be allocated to households who previously experienced homelessness.

Final approval has been given for the two-building apartment complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3896 Stevens Creek Boulevard site in San Jose.
