Updated renderings were released for the eight-story residential development at 2263 Calle del Mundo in Santa Clara, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This complex, which will be called Parkside, plans to create 301 units of housing, two of which will be live-work units for residential-commercial use. Parkside will also boast abundant amenities, such as an elevated pool deck, a movie theater, game room, karaoke lounge, fitness center, golf simulator, podcast studio, zen courtyard, dog spa, barbecue area, and sky deck.

A new five-story affordable housing project has been proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 295 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale. The planned development would include 110 affordable units, 25% of which would be allocated to households who previously experienced homelessness.

Final approval has been given for the two-building apartment complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3896 Stevens Creek Boulevard site in San Jose. The two structures will contain a total of 575 units, 29 of which will be affordable, along with podium-top amenities such as a pool deck and clubroom. Moreover, the ground level will include a greenway separating the two buildings and a corner park along Saratoga Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
