Plans were approved for a seven-story, 222-unit mixed-use residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1899 Oxford Street in Berkeley, sitting directly across from the UC Berkeley campus. Of the 222 units, 33 will be affordable, and the building will contain nearly 3,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Residential amenities will include a ground-level courtyard, rooftop deck, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
