A variety of amenities, such as lounges on each floor and a computer room, will be available for residents.

The seven-story building will contain residential and retail spaces, with retail likely being on the ground floor.

New building permits were filed for Balboa Reservoir Block F, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s affordable housing developments. The project will provide 151 units of 100% affordable housing, and these units will be prioritized for educators for City College of San Francisco and the San Francisco Unified School District.

It was announced that the construction of Adobe North Tower’s façade has been completed, and move-ins are expected to begin in early 2023. Adobe North Tower, located in San Jose, is a premier project for Rockridge Geotechnical.
