One of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, a five-story residential complex at 427 Auzerais Avenue that will provide San Jose with 130 units of affordable and supportive housing, is now under construction. A variety of amenities, such as lounges on each floor and a computer room, will be available for residents.
A nine-story, 57-unit residential development has been proposed at 1010 Mission Street in San Francisco. Rockridge Geotechnical completed an investigation and consultation for that parcel of land.
A residential development, for which Rockridge Geotechnical completed an investigation and consultation, was approved for construction in Oakland at 3046-3050 MacArthur Boulevard. The four-story building will create 15 units of housing and have ground-floor commercial space.
Rockridge Geotechnical has been asked to complete the geotechnical engineering work for a proposed mixed-use development at 2051 Market Street in San Francisco’s famous Castro neighborhood. The seven-story building will contain residential and retail spaces, with retail likely being on the ground floor.
The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors approved plans for 1178 Sonora Court in Sunnyvale, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s affordable housing projects. The seven-story development will provide 176 affordable units.
The pre-application process has been finalized and submitted for Rockridge Geotechnical’s project at 2538 Durant Avenue, a mixed-income residential development. This complex will include both affordable and market-rate housing units.
Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the wall-raising ceremony for the first phase of the Midway Village development in Daly City. This phase is expected to deliver 147 affordable apartments, and the project in its entirety is anticipated to produce 555 new affordable units.

$8 million of additional funding has been secured for one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s affordable housing projects at 965 Weeks Street in East Palo Alto.

New building permits were filed for Balboa Reservoir Block F, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s affordable housing developments. The project will provide 151 units of 100% affordable housing, and these units will be prioritized for educators for City College of San Francisco and the San Francisco Unified School District.

It was announced that the construction of Adobe North Tower’s façade has been completed, and move-ins are expected to begin in early 2023. Adobe North Tower, located in San Jose, is a premier project for Rockridge Geotechnical.
