Concrete is rising for a 22-story mixed-use tower at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1123 Sutter Street in San Francisco. The complex will contain 303 apartments, 2,800 square feet of commercial space, a 4,000-square-foot childcare center, and a podium garage. Of the 303 units, 102 will be affordable. Moreover, an additional parking garage will be constructed at the nearby 1101 Sutter Street site.
