Plans have been released for the 17-story, 200-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 700 Irwin Street in San Rafael. Along with the 200 units, the complex will include a five-story podium garage for on-site parking, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Moreover, future residents will be within walking distance of the Montecito Plaza and downtown San Rafael.

Permits have been resubmitted for the four-story residential development at 430 Green Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will contain two units and 1,300 square feet of space for on-site parking and a workshop area. Each unit will have its own private deck, and residents will have access to a 320-square-foot open space between the two decks.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is preparing to establish a Special Use District to allow for housing to be constructed behind the existing façade of the Alexandria Theater at 5400 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex would create 75 apartments, approximately 12% of which will be affordable, while the theater’s marquee, original murals, and distinctive chandelier will be preserved. The property is also within walking distance of Golden Gate Park.

Plans for the four-story, 22-unit Dream 2 Housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 41223 Roberts Avenue site in Fremont have passed the environmental review process. All 22 units will be for adults with special needs, and three will be designated as affordable for low-income households.

Permits have been filed for a six-story, 181-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 715 North San Mateo Drive in San Mateo. Of the 181 units, 18 will be affordable, and amenities will include a rooftop pool, spa, barbecue pit, fitness center, second-floor courtyard, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Residents will also be under 15 minutes away from the Burlingame Caltrain Station on foot.
