Rockridge Geotechnical is working with TNDC on a mixed-use project that plans to create 70 units of affordable housing at 180 Jones Street in San Francisco. Being built to LEED Platinum standards, the development broke ground in June 2022, becoming the second building to break ground using California Housing Accelerator Funds.

One of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, a five-story residential complex at 427 Auzerais Avenue that will provide San Jose with 130 units of affordable and supportive housing, is now under construction. A variety of amenities, such as lounges on each floor and a computer room, will be available for residents.

A nine-story, 57-unit residential development has been proposed at 1010 Mission Street in San Francisco. Rockridge Geotechnical completed an investigation and consultation for that parcel of land.

The seven-story building will contain residential and retail spaces, with retail likely being on the ground floor.

Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the wall-raising ceremony for the first phase of the Midway Village development in Daly City. This phase is expected to deliver 147 affordable apartments, and the project in its entirety is anticipated to produce 555 new affordable units.
