Using the State Density Bonus program, Riaz Capital has filed permits for a six-story development at 3030 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The partially affordable, six-story development will create 174 new homes and 1,900 square feet of retail space.

A groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday for MidPen’s 135-unit Shirley Chisholm Village at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1360 43^rd Avenue site in San Francisco. The homes at the Shirley Chisholm development will be used as housing for educators and other staff who work for the San Francisco Unified School District. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
