Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the groundbreaking of a new mixed-income housing development called The Kelsey Ayer Station in San Jose. Colloquially known as The Kelsey, this development provides critical affordable housing for people with disabilities or lower incomes in downtown San Jose.

We worked with developer Grosvenor America to bring the mixed-use vision at 1951 Shattuck in Berkeley to life. The project would bring 163 new rental units to Berkeley. At twelve stories in height, it is one of the only buildings in Berkeley that has an exemption to build above the city’s height limit of 75 feet. The project, which is expected to receive LEED Gold certification, is on track to be completed by mid-2024.

The Freedom Circle Greystar project, a multi-building residential complex that Rockridge Geotechnical has been working on, has been approved by the City of Santa Clara and is beginning construction.

Rockridge Geotechnical was invited to the groundbreaking of a new affordable housing complex in Vallejo by Eden Housing. The complex, which is called Sacramento Street Apartments, will create 75 units of housing and is 100% affordable. Eden Housing is using this project to celebrate NeighborWorks Week.
