The San Francisco Planning Commission has approved a 23-story, 201-unit residential tower at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1965 Market Street. Along with its residential portion, the complex will contain nearly 2,500 square feet of retail space and parking for 62 cars in an underground garage. Of the 201 units, 30 will be affordable.
