The development, which will create between 63 and 65 units, hopes to be all-electric with the goal of attaining a Greenpoint certification. Construction has begun on a multi-building, 305-unit residential complex at 4452 Rosewood Drive in Pleasanton, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will consist of multiple four-story and three-story structures containing apartments and townhome-style residences. Of the 305 units, 46 will be affordable, and on-site amenities will include a pool deck, outdoor paseo, and amenity building. This complex will sit adjacent to the Rosewood Commons office park, which will continue operations during and after construction.

These 456 units will contain thousands of bedrooms, and 40 of the units will be allocated to very low-income residents.
