A revised plan has been submitted to upgrade a proposed residential complex in Oakland from 92 units to 166 units. The complex, which sits at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 820 West MacArthur Boulevard site, is moving from a mix of studio and two-bedroom units to just studio units. The development will also provide a ~2,700-square-foot open-air plaza.

Building permits have been filed for a nine-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1462 Pine Street in San Francisco. The structure will have 104 units of housing, 23 of which will be affordable, along with amenities such as on-site parking, offices, a community room, and a central courtyard.

The San Jose Planning Commission is reviewing the redevelopment proposal at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 550 East Brokaw Road site in San Jose. The redevelopment would create a seven-building, 1.9 million-square-foot office development with parking for 5,385 cars and 410 bicycles. It would also create a public park next to the office buildings.

Developer Greystar is requesting an extension for Parcels 20 and 27 within the Tasman East development in Santa Clara, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Parcels 20 and 27 will provide 371 units of housing and a 306-car garage, while the entire Tasman East Specific Plan calls for 4,500 units of housing, retail space, office space, a public park, a food hall, and other mixed-use aspects.

An eight-story, 225-unit residential complex has been proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1150-1170 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale. The development, which will include 36 low-income units and eight very low-income units, shares a parcel with two existing office buildings. The complex will also have three levels of on-site parking.

Along with 75 apartments, the structure will have over 4,500 square feet of retail space and 1,600 square feet of office space. Moreover, 74 of the 75 units will be affordable.

Pre-application plans have been filed for a six-story, 65-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2201 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley. Six of the units will be for very low-income residents, utilizing the State Density Bonus program to allow for a 50% increase in project density. The complex will also include retail space and a childcare facility.
