Low-density housing plans have been approved at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 930 Oddstad Boulevard in Pacifica. The nine-building development will replace a vacant elementary school with 44 apartments and 26 townhomes, with 11 units being designated as affordable. On-site parking will be included, as well as a community center, a 900-square-foot office, and landscaped open space.

Three separate applications for almost 900 total units of housing have been submitted at Rockridge Geotechnical’s Parkmerced site adjacent to the San Francisco State University campus. If approved, these applications would create a 471-unit complex at 101 Font Boulevard, a 274-unit complex at 99 Higuera Avenue, and a 151-unit complex at 600 Arballo Drive.
