New renderings have been released for one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, a mixed-use skyscraper at 1431 Franklin Street in Oakland. Check out how the 413-foot tall, 381-unit building with almost 420,000 square feet of office space will fit into downtown Oakland.

Rockridge Geotechnical is working with TNDC on a mixed-use project that plans to create 70 units of affordable housing at 180 Jones Street in San Francisco. Being built to LEED Platinum standards, the development broke ground in June 2022, becoming the second building to break ground using California Housing Accelerator Funds.
