Amenities within the high-rise tower would include a fitness center, coworking room, small pool, sauna, indoor lounge, and landscaped outdoor seating.

A new two-story office complex has been proposed at 811 Cedar Street in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. A parking garage will also be built under the office space. Developer NX Ventures recently broke ground on a 207-unit apartment complex at 1598 University Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The units will consist of studio and one-bedroom apartments, and NX Ventures, which is behind multiple new residential developments in Berkeley, hopes to finish construction during the summer of 2025.
