Construction is expected to begin for a seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3150 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. The 368-unit complex will include 74 affordable units along with on-site parking for 382 cars in a two-level basement garage. Amenities will include a landscaped courtyard and pool deck, and residents will be within walking distance of the California Avenue Caltrain Station.

Plans were filed for a new 58-unit townhouse development at 150 Charter Street in Redwood City, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. These units will be spread across six three-story buildings, which will be connected by an internal road network. Parking will be included for 92 vehicles.
