Plans have been approved for a five-story, 91-unit affordable senior housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2500 76^th Avenue in Oakland. The complex will also contain a podium-top courtyard, community room, and an amenity space with a lounge, computer room, and exercise room, as well as on-site parking for cars and bicycles.

Plans were approved to partially convert a church into a residential development at 1433 12^th Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex would create 30 units in a primary residential structure adjacent to the church, and the church interior would be remodeled to contain at least two residential units, family offices, and support spaces. A second-level sky bridge would connect the residential structure and church.
