The proposed eight-story senior housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1234 Great Highway site in San Francisco is expected to add residential units and a single-story medical center after utilizing Senate Bill 330 and the State Density Bonus. The development will contain 199 affordable apartments, half of which will be allocated to formerly homeless seniors, and a one-story Adult Day Health Care Center. Amenities will include a community kitchen, outdoor decks, lounge rooms, and other community space, along with on-site parking for cars and bicycles.

Plans are being discussed for an eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 668 East 3^rd Avenue in San Mateo. The complex would contain over 100 residential units, including five townhouse-style units along 3^rd Avenue and South El Dorado Street. Moreover, the development will offer 125 parking spaces, 47 of which will be on-site, and over 7,000 square feet of space for amenities.

New renderings were published for a two-building residential development at 3896 Stevens Creek Boulevard in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Over 500 new units will be constructed across the two eight-story buildings, as well as parking for nearly 800 vehicles and 140 bicycles. The complex will also include almost 14,000 square feet of retail space, with other amenities including podium-top pool decks, clubrooms, and amenity spaces.
