650 Harrison Street in San Francisco

Plans have been updated for the high-rise residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 650 Harrison Street site in San Francisco, increasing the height from 14 stories to 34 stories. The complex will contain 274 rental apartments, 42 of which will be designated as affordable for households ranging from very low-income to moderate-income. Amenities include on-site parking for cars and bicycles, a second-level patio connected to a fitness center, and a landscaped rooftop deck.

3723 Haven Avenue in Menlo Park

New renderings were released for a seven-story hotel proposed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3723 Haven Avenue in Menlo Park. Replacing an office building currently on-site, the hotel will be a part of the Moxy Hotel brand, which caters to younger travelers by offering amenities such as a rooftop deck, ground-floor coffee shop, lounge, fitness center, and library. Overall, the hotel will contain 163 rooms, as well as 125 parking spaces in an on-site garage.

440 Arden Way in Sacramento

Building permits were requested for a five-story affordable housing development at 440 Arden Way in Sacramento, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will include 124 new units, all of which will be affordable and some of which will be permanent supportive housing. The developer, BRIDGE Housing, will also partner with Lutheran Social Services of Northern California to offer resident support services. Moreover, the complex will be near various transit options, and residents will have access to community programs like after-school homework help and financial literacy workshops.
