An Environmental Impact Report was published for a six-story residential development at 2136 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This report encompasses the public’s thoughts on replacing a one-story commercial building with 126 homes; of these 126 units, ten will be allocated for very low-income households, and three will be live-work retail spaces. The complex contains abundant common space, including terraces, rooftop decks, and a courtyard, as well as six private backyards and a park across the street.
