1095 Rollins Road in Burlingame

Construction is nearly complete for an apartment complex at 1095 Rollins Road in Burlingame, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The six-story, 150-unit development will include 15 affordable units for moderate-income households, allowing the project to utilize the State Density Bonus program. The structure will have a second-floor amenity deck containing facilities like a fitness center and a bocce ball court with a lounge.

1462 Pine Street in San Francisco

Updated permits have been filed for the potential nine-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1462 Pine Street in San Francisco. The project would create 104 units of housing, with over a fifth of those being designated as affordable so the proposal is able to use the State Density Bonus program. Amenities will include on-site parking for cars and bicycles, as well as 5,130 square feet of common space for residents, including a rooftop deck.

Tasman East Specific Plan in Santa Clara

A multitude of buildings are under construction or have finished construction as part of Santa Clara’s Tasman East Specific Plan, an area where Rockridge Geotechnical has worked on multiple sites. Construction has been completed for a 23-story apartment complex at 2300 Calle de Luna, making this structure the tallest building in Santa Clara. The other six buildings, which range between six and 12 stories in height, will create over 1,500 units of market-rate housing and affordable housing, thousands of square feet of retail space, and amenities such as on-site parking and landscaped open space.

2128 Oxford Street site in Berkeley

The environmental review process has begun for the Hub, a 26-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2128 Oxford Street site in Berkeley. The second-tallest building in Berkeley’s pipeline, the Hub plans to house 485 residents in student-oriented rental units. The structure will also contain about 13,500 square feet of retail space, along with amenities like second-floor decks, an on-site restaurant, and a rooftop deck complete with a fireplace, lawn, and outdoor seating for the restaurant.

3801 Telegraph Avenue

Plans have been approved for a five-story, 100-unit residential development at 3801 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Of the 100 residential units, 20 will be designated as affordable for moderate-income households, and the structure will also contain 2,350 square feet of commercial retail space. Amenities include a café on the ground floor, as well as open space with seating, a patio, synthetic turf, and planters.
