469 40th Street in Oakland

Demolition has been proposed for the two buildings currently sitting at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 469 40th Street site in Oakland. The demolition will make way for a five-story, 34-unit residential mixed-use development on the site. The development will also include 1,980 square feet of retail space along with on-site parking for vehicles and bicycles.

Mixed-use development at 220 9th Street, San Francisco

A project review will be held for the six-story, 62-unit mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 220 9th Street in San Francisco. Aside from the housing, the complex will contain 3,000 square feet of office space, along with an open-air courtyard for residents and on-site parking. The building will also incorporate its original 1924 façade.

333 Dolores Street in San Francisco

Demolition permits have been filed for the existing buildings at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 333 Dolores Street site in San Francisco, as it is the future location of the Children’s Day School campus. The new campus will be one building, containing administrative offices and classrooms for preschool through fourth grade. The campus will also have landscaped open space for students.

Residential development at 1010 Mission Street (San Francisco)

The City of San Francisco has approved plans for a residential development at 1010 Mission Street, a Rockridge Geotechnical site. The complex will consist of 57 apartments, 44 of which are market-rate and 13 of which are affordable. Other amenities will include a courtyard, community space, and on-site parking for bicycles.
