The 487-unit complex intends to develop a “transit-oriented community hub,” with 15% of the housing units being affordable for very low-income families.

Rockridge Geotechnical is working with TNDC on a mixed-use project that plans to create 70 units of affordable housing at 180 Jones Street in San Francisco. Being built to LEED Platinum standards, the development broke ground in June 2022, becoming the second building to break ground using California Housing Accelerator Funds.
