East 14th Street in Bayfair, San Leandro

Multifamily residences have been proposed on parcels of land near Bayfair in San Leandro at 15739 and 15741 East 14th Street, addresses at which Rockridge Geotechnical previously completed an investigation and consultation. The 487-unit complex intends to develop a “transit-oriented community hub,” with 15% of the housing units being affordable for very low-income families.

1431 Franklin Street in Oakland

New renderings have been released for one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, a mixed-use skyscraper at 1431 Franklin Street in Oakland. Check out how the 413-foot tall, 381-unit building with almost 420,000 square feet of office space will fit into downtown Oakland.

San Francisco affordable housing

Rockridge Geotechnical is working with TNDC on a mixed-use project that plans to create 70 units of affordable housing at 180 Jones Street in San Francisco. Being built to LEED Platinum standards, the development broke ground in June 2022, becoming the second building to break ground using California Housing Accelerator Funds.

Auzerais Avenue construction

One of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, a five-story residential complex at 427 Auzerais Avenue that will provide San Jose with 130 units of affordable and supportive housing, is now under construction. A variety of amenities, such as lounges on each floor and a computer room, will be available for residents.
