A permit application has been submitted for Rockridge Geotechnical’s five-story, mixed-use complex at 469 40th Street in Oakland. Along with 32 units of housing, the development will have almost 2,000 square feet of commercial space and ground floor garage for on-site parking. Moreover, four units of housing will be very low-income.

Plans for three new duplexes have been filed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 805 Jones Street site in Berkeley. The plans will also add onto the existing on-site development.

The Environmental Impact Report has been released for the 432-unit, multi-structure residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 123 Independence Drive site in Menlo Park. The development will consist of an apartment building and townhouses surrounding a central green area, with 48 of the 316 apartments and 18 of the 116 townhomes being designated as affordable. There will also be on-site parking for 552 cars and 714 bicycles.
