A permit application has been submitted for Rockridge Geotechnical’s five-story, mixed-use complex at 469 40^th Street in Oakland. Along with 32 units of housing, the development will have almost 2,000 square feet of commercial space and ground floor garage for on-site parking. Moreover, four units of housing will be very low-income.

Plans for three new duplexes have been filed at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 805 Jones Street site in Berkeley. The plans will also add onto the existing on-site development.

The Environmental Impact Report has been released for the 432-unit, multi-structure residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 123 Independence Drive site in Menlo Park. The development will consist of an apartment building and townhouses surrounding a central green area, with 48 of the 316 apartments and 18 of the 116 townhomes being designated as affordable. There will also be on-site parking for 552 cars and 714 bicycles.
