Approval has been given for the seven-story residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s Bishop Ranch site in San Ramon. This 381-unit complex is the first residential building to be approved from the enormous mixed-use CityWalk Bishop Ranch masterplan. This plan would create 6,000 units of housing, a new business park with abundant office space, a 169-key hotel, and commercial and retail space.

Balboa Reservoir, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s projects, has received the 2022 Analysis and Planning Honor Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects Northern California. With a projected 1,100 mixed-income residential units and 7,500 square feet of retail space, the development emphasizes environmental consciousness; it will be constructed to LEED Gold standards, remain greenhouse gas neutral, and even collect water in storm drains. We would also like to thank AvalonBay, BRIDGE Housing, VMWP Architecture, PYATOK Architecture, and BKF Engineers for their collective work on this project!
