Construction has topped out for the six-story, 58-unit residential development at 2127 Dwight Way in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Eight of the 58 units will be affordable, and on-site parking will be included for 102 bicycles. Other amenities include landscaped courtyards with seating.
