Construction is nearing completion for the affordable senior housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1633 Valencia Street site in San Francisco. The six-story structure will contain 146 affordable units and on-site parking for bicycles, as well as amenities such as common spaces, a community room, office space, and a landscaped backyard.
