Construction has begun for the 11-story affordable housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 300 De Haro Street in San Francisco. The complex will create 425 affordable units, as well as around 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a second-floor courtyard, rooftop deck, two lounges, a fitness center, and a community kitchen.
