A seven-story residential building with affordable and market-rate units has been proposed at 3606 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex will contain 321 apartments, 13% of which will be affordable, along with amenities like private courtyards, a backyard, building services, and on-site parking for 396 vehicles.
