Permits were filed for a seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 173 Shipley Street in San Francisco. The complex will contain 13 for-sale units, one of which will be affordable, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Future residents will be within walking distance of the Powell Street BART Station.
