The structure is expected to contain 272 units, 42 of which would be affordable, as well as a fourth-floor podium-top courtyard, rooftop deck, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. This application is the latest iteration of the future development at 360 5^th Street, with this version including an additional floor and 14 more units.
