Developer SummerHill Apartment Communities is looking to convert an office building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 220 West 20^th Avenue in San Mateo into an apartment complex. Plans call for a five- to seven-story residential building with 230 units, adding to the high-density residential development push in San Mateo that has seen thousands of multifamily units proposed in the city since last fall.
