A seven-story, 345-unit mixed-use building has broken ground at 905 N Capitol Avenue in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Along with the residential units, around 5% of which will be affordable, the structure will contain around 3,000 square feet of office space. Moreover, 32 for-sale townhomes, each with two-car garages, will be constructed on the site’s southern parcel, along with infrastructure improvements such as landscaping and bike lane replacements. The development is transit-oriented, as it is just a three-minute walk from the Penitencia Creek light rail station.
