The proposed mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 901 El Camino Real site in Redwood City is moving forward after an extensive delay. The project would revolve around the construction of a six-story, 305,000-square-foot office and life sciences building near a Caltrain station in the hopes of attracting more high-paying jobs to the city. Developers Kenson Ventures and Minkoff Group have also included plans for a teen center, a donation of land for 100 affordable housing units, and a property swap with Caltrain to support a transit-oriented development.
