An updated application was filed for a 23-story, 218-unit apartment complex at 1965 Market Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Of the 218 units, 34 will be affordable, and the development will also contain 3,050 square feet of retail space. The building will feature a 16-story stepped podium with landscaped open space, and on-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
