Plans for a 28-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1950-1998 Shattuck Avenue site are scheduled for review by the Berkeley Zoning Adjustments Board. The 317-foot building would be the tallest in Berkeley, and it would contain 599 apartments, over 16,000 square feet of retail space, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles. Amenities will include a fitness center, conference room, club rooms, and two lounges, as well as a rooftop terrace connected to a commercial restaurant.
