Plans were updated for the mixed-income housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 380 North 1^st Street in San Jose. The new proposal calls for the demolition of an existing commercial building to construct a seven-story, 118-unit residential development; of the 118 units, 18 will be affordable. The complex will include a bike café, amenity space, club room, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
