Permits were filed for a seven-story mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2154 MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland. The complex will contain 62 new units of housing, some of which will be affordable, though the exact number is yet to be specified. This residential building will also include 4,800 square feet of amenities and a 52-car garage. Moreover, the project will refurbish a single-story bank already on-site, turning it into retail space; this retail space will sit diagonally from the new residential complex.
