The Berkeley Design Review Committee will be reviewing plans for the 17-story mixed-use complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2274 Shattuck Avenue site. The development will create 227 new residential units while incorporating the existing United Artists Theater façade, making it an entry way for a café and residential lobby. Overall, the building will include 865 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for 137 bicycles.
