Permits were filed for a five-story housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1708 Harmon Street in Berkeley. The 100% affordable development hopes to create 80 residential units for seniors across two connected wings, each with 40 apartments. The complex will be behind the Ephesians Church Of God In Christ, and a ground-level plaza will connect the housing with the church. On-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
