Plans are being reviewed for a seven-story residential development at 888 El Camino Real in Menlo Park, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The 41-unit complex will replace a restaurant currently on the site, and five of the 41 units will be designated as affordable, allowing developer Worldco Company to implement a density bonus. Amenities at 888 El Camino will include a 40-car garage and open space.
