Permits were filed to construct a new facility within the nonprofit Seneca Family of Agencies medical center at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 8945 Golf Links Road in Oakland. The new 8,000-square-foot structure will provide eight additional bedrooms for the nonprofit, and it will also contain kitchens, living space, and offices.
