New permits have revealed details about an eight-story residential development at 2201 Market Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The structure will contain 20 apartments, two of which will be designated as affordable housing, and a 1,700-square-foot, ground-level retail space that will likely be occupied by a Starbucks café. On-site parking will also be included for cars and bicycles.
