Plans have been approved for a multi-building residential development at Bishop Ranch Block 3A, with the complex rising specifically at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 6200 Bollinger Canyon Road site in San Ramon. The project will create 457 units, 69 of which will be affordable, across one five-story building and one seven-story building. Sky bridges will connect these residential buildings to a variety of communal amenities, such as an outdoor courtyard, barbecues, and a pool deck. On-site parking will also be included for cars and bicycles.
