Final approval has been given for the proposed 40-unit farmworker housing development at 555 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The five-story building will be 100% affordable, and it will contain a resource center for local nonprofit Ayudando Latinos a Soñar. Moreover, the complex will include 850 square feet of residential service offices and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
