Updated plans have been shared for a 24-story mixed-use project at 955 Sansome Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This development, which was initially supposed to be just seven stories, now contains 132 apartments, 26 of which will be designated as affordable. The structure also includes 14,000 square feet of retail space and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
