New plans were released for a 22-story complex with 311 units at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1101-1123 Sutter Street site in San Francisco. Initial plans proposed a 14-story, 221-unit complex, but the height and number of units were increased by utilizing the State Density Bonus program and Assembly Bill 1287. Along with the residential aspect, the structure will include 6,100 square feet of space for commercial and childcare use, as well as an electric vehicle charging station and on-site parking. Moreover, 37 or 38 of the units will be affordable for very low-income and moderate-income households.
