Demolition permits were filed for the two existing structures at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2127 Dwight Way site in Berkeley. The residential development replacing these structures will create 58 new units of housing, and eight of these units will be designated as affordable. The complex will also include patios and outdoor seating, along with on-site bicycle parking.
